Cancellation Policy

Your Membership is nontransferable and non-refundable. Keep the following in mind:

In the event you wish to cancel your Membership after completion of the Initial Term, you must provide us notice of your intent to cancel this agreement in writing, in person, or via phone at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle
No refunds will be given for any remaining unused services
Practice reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion

Deposits

Your first deposit into your A-List account will occur the day you sign up. After that, your deposit will be charged to your credit card on file on the same day of every month. This consistent billing date provides clarity and convenience for members, ensuring they can plan and manage their finances accordingly while continuing to enjoy the benefits of the program without interruption.

Transactions

The funds in your A-List Membership are non-transferable and can only be utilized by the member who earned them. This policy ensures fairness and maintains the integrity of the membership program, allowing each member to enjoy the benefits they’ve accumulated through their participation.
