What to Expect from Your NaturaShape® Rhinoplasty Procedure

Dr. Alizadeh performs rhinoplasty surgery on an outpatient basis in one of many boutique NYC-area operating rooms certified by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) or the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF). Rhinoplasty surgery is performed under either local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia, and Dr. Alizadeh will help you determine the best method based on your clinical needs. A board-certified physician anesthesiologist is present to monitor your surgery, ensuring a safe, pain-free procedure and quick recovery from anesthesia.

The surgery itself generally requires one to three hours. Dr. Alizadeh performs both closed rhinoplasty and open rhinoplasty surgery.
