Description: Right Mastopexy and Reduction with Fat Grafting to Left Breast
Highlights: Our 20 year old patient had a congenital asymmetry of the breasts which became more apparent during her puberty and had caused her to hide from going to the beach or other activities. We performed a naturabra breast reduction on the left with removal of 485 grams of tissue and performed a left breast augmentation using her own fat with 450 cc with periareolar mastopexy. Notice the amazing symmetry achieved in this one stage operation that has given her #cosmoconfidence in just 6 months and in time for summer!
