Description: 43 years old, 4 months post-op. Ductal Carcinoma in-situ requiring a complete bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction.
Highlights: We performed direct implant reconstruction while preserving her nipple areola complex resulting in her desired increased projection and cleavage.
