Highlights: This 67-year-old patient sought to enhance both the aesthetic and functional aspects of her breasts and surrounding areas. Over the years, she experienced significant changes in breast shape and volume, leading to sagging and a loss of youthful contour. She was also concerned about excess axillary breast tissue, which contributed to discomfort and an unbalanced appearance. To address these concerns, a Bilateral NaturaBra® Mastopexy was performed to lift and reshape the breasts, restoring a youthful and natural contour. Additionally, liposuction of the axillary breast tissue was conducted to remove the excess tissue, enhancing both comfort and aesthetic balance.
