Description: 73 years old, Re-operative abdominoplasty after an initial attempt at a tummy tuck done elsewhere 3 years prior.
Highlights: This patient had a previous abdominoplasty resting in a worsening abdominal bulge coupled with severe pain of the lower abdomen from scarring. We performed a re-operative surgery with fascial progressive tension plication to tighten the entire abdominal musculature resulting in a pleasing profile. We also did a neurectomy of her abdominal skin neuromas and the patient reports no more debilitating pain 3 month after the procedure.
