Physician Assistant
Meet Demi, our Board Certified Physician Assistant with a passion for enhancing natural beauty and empowering patients to feel confident in their skin. Demi received her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies and Health Sciences at Touro University, where she graduated with Honors. Demi combines her advanced education with her love for aesthetics in every aspect of her work. When she is not assisting Dr. Alizadeh in the operating room, Demi specializes in aesthetic injectables (neurotoxins, HA fillers, Sculptra, Asclera), advanced laser treatments for anti-aging and scarring, PRP/PRF rejuvenation, and weight loss management. Demi has trained with some of the top injectors in the industry, continuously learning the newest advanced techniques to provide patients with the highest quality treatments. Demi focuses on providing each patient with a customized treatment plan, specific to their concerns and goals. She’s known for her attention to precise detail while keeping a natural approach to make her patients feel confident and beautiful. Whether she’s administering ‘tox and fillers to restore facial balance & achieve a more youthful appearance or helping to improve traumatic scars —Demi is dedicated to making her patient’s goals a reality. Educated in the latest technologies and techniques, Demi's approach is highly personalized to each patient and often includes a range of laser resurfacing treatments including TRL, Microlaser, Nanolaser, Halo, Moxi, and BBL Hero. Through thorough consultations, Demi helps her patients crate the perfect custom treatment plan that fits their lifestyle and aesthetic goals."
Annika
Nurse Injector/Laser Specialist
Annika is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She joined Dr. Alizadeh in 2007 and has since shared his passion for aesthetics, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery as well as his volunteer work for Mission Restore. Annika is a tremendous asset to our staff, bringing many years of aesthetic experience as well as critical care experience. She has extensive training in facial rejuvenation with the latest injectable techniques and advanced laser treatments. Areas of expertise include use of Neurotoxins, Dermal Filers, Bio Stimulators to create facial balancing youthful looking results in combination with advanced state of the art laser treatments like Halo and Pro fractional to improve skin texture, tone, and create elastin and collagen production. Annika's patients appreciate her attention to detail, aesthetic eye and most of all, her dedication to delivering personal and individualized care. Years of practice, ongoing training, and great passion and enthusiasm for her vocation have brought Annika to the forefront of her profession.

Assistant Manager / Medical Assistant
Jennifer brings a unique blend of warmth, professionalism, and unwavering dedication to her role as Administrative Assistant and Medical Assistant at Dr. Alizadeh's practice, where she collaborates closely with Demi, the Physician Assistant. Born and raised in the heart of Rockville Centre, Jennifer is a lifelong Long Islander who possesses an innate understanding of the unique needs and diverse personalities of the local residents she serves. Jennifer's journey to her current position is a testament to her passion for continuous growth and her commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of others. After completing her college education, she embarked on a successful career in the business world while simultaneously raising a family—a testament to her exceptional multitasking abilities and dedication. Over the years, Jennifer has accumulated a wealth of experience working in the fields of plastic surgery and dermatology. She has worn many hats, seamlessly transitioning from the role of a dedicated Medical Assistant to that of a proficient Office Manager. Jennifer's love for both roles, coupled with her genuine interactions with patients, makes her a cherished asset to our practice here at Cosmoplastic Surgery.What truly sets Jennifer apart is her passion for patient care. Alejandra
Lead Medical Aesthetician
With a bachelor's degree in hospitality from the University of Alicante (Spain). Alejandra joined the Alizadeh team in 2016 as a Patient Navigator. She then followed her passion and furthered her education by obtaining her Medical Aesthetician License in New York State. Ale is dedicated to helping her patients achieve the results they crave. That includes but is not limited to getting rid of blemishes, scars, hyperpigmentation, skin laxity and wrinkles. Ale's knowledge, expertise, and eagerness to be the best at her craft allows her to exceed expectations when taking care of her patients.
