Your surgery will be done under general anesthesia, and it will take 2-3 hours to complete. During your surgery, the fibrous band of tissue at the base of your breasts will be released, which stops it from restricting the growth of the breasts. This alone will help reshape the breasts. If you are having a lift and/or enhancement, your breasts will be lifted, excess skin trimmed away, and implants inserted. For fat augmentation, the fat will be harvested, purified, then injected into your breasts.

Recovery

Allow yourself to rest and recover and don’t participate in rigorous or demanding exercise until three weeks have passed. Your breasts will continue to heal and resettle over the next few months.
